This research aims to evaluate the scheduling of land preparation in the Bunda Asri Housing Development Project using the Precedence Diagram Method. Through this approach, research analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of scheduling activities such as land clearing, excavation, and other preparations. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insights for project management in optimizing resource use and accelerating construction schedules.
